SHORT TERM

$50.00 per/ 1st Night (30 or 50 AMP Service) - Water, Sewer, and Electric included

$45 per /each additional night

$215.00 per/ Week (30/50 Amp Service) - Water, Sewer, and Electric included

$695.00 for one Month (30/50Amp) - Water, Sewer, Electric included

LONG TERM

Monthly Residents are those who stay a minimum of 60 days

$500 or $515 per/ Month (Either 30 or 50 Amp Service) - Water and Sewer Included.   Electricity is billed separately each month.  $150 Minimum Deposit Required

Our longer and our pull-through sites are $515 per month.  The rest of our sites are $500 per month.

The electricity on our sites is individually metered.  For our Monthly Guests, we will take a $150 deposit (minimum) at the beginning of their stay, and will read the lot meter, and bill the electricity each month along with the $500/$515 monthly rate.

Rates and Deposits are Subject to Change.

White Knoll RV Park is directly behind White Knoll Mini Storage.  Pull into the mini storage driveway off Highway 6 (also South Lake Drive).  Drive past the gate to the storage facility and up the hill.  You will see the RV Park straight ahead.

Short Term Guests must pay via Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Card (with 4% fee)

For monthly payments, we can also accept checks.  

For All Cards, a 4% Transaction Fee  will be charged to cover card processing charges. 

Aggressive Dogs are not allowed. Guests and Residents must clean up immediately after their pets.  

When providing Information, please provide age of RV, and (if RV is over 10 years old) recent photos of the exterior of the RV and of any Dogs. 

 A photo of drivers license or recent photo ID will also be ,required.  

 Any misrepresentations and violations may result in being asked to vacate immediately.
